EVOLV
Location: United Kingdom
Start date: September 2025  
Program duration: 21 Months 

What to expect: Our EVOLV graduate program is based in the UK, where we are building a pipeline for our future Commercial leaders through an accelerated experience.  

Following an in-depth two-month induction, you will undertake three structured rotations:
  • Commercial (field-based, to understand the foundation of our business)
  • Strategic (to understand how we achieve our goals)
  • Managerial (to understand accountability)
You will also have the support of a dedicated program manager, buddy, and mentor as well as additional tailored development.

Empower
Location: Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary
Start date: September 2024 
Program duration: 12-15 Months 

What to expect: Empower is a regional graduate development program that takes place across the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary. You’ll gain exposure across three markets and develop the skills to become future Commercial Managers.  You will develop an in-depth understanding of PMI's Commercial business, processes, and customers via training and hands-on experience. 

As part of the program, you will undergo one short-term overseas rotation. You’ll receive ongoing support from an assigned supervisor as well as a buddy, mentor, and additional development.
ExploreIT
Location: Portugal
Start date: TBC 
Program duration: 12 months 

What to expect: ExploreIT is a 12-month graduate development program, which commences with a six-week induction, during which you’ll learn everything there is to know about our business and our exciting and ground-breaking technology journey.

After your onboarding, you’ll join one of three development tracks: Software Engineering, Data and Analytics, or Digital Product Development. We'll empower you to take risks, experiment, and explore.  We believe our success depends on our amazing people; each day, members of our global team work as One PMI IT with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.

Sa​​​​​​​mpoerna Graduate Program
Location: Indonesia
Start date: August 2024 / February 2025
Program duration: 24 Months 

What to expect: This 2-year program is designed to equip you with the development, skills, and experience to become a future manager in either our Commercial, Marketing, Operations, or People & Culture functions.

Following an in-depth induction consisting of soft skills, technical training, and engagement activities, you will be assigned a variety of projects where you will be proposing and implementing new solutions and process improvements. 

You will undergo a series of  6-8 month assignments across your chosen function, including one assignment in a different function. You will have the support of a dedicated program manager, buddy, and mentor.
Leader Empowerment Accelerator Program (LEAP)
Location: Philippines
Start date: January 2025  
Program duration: 18 months 

What to expect: LEAP is a structured development program designed to accelerate career progression to become future leaders in our organization. 

LEAP offers 2 different development tracks for you to choose from (Commercial or Field Sales), each offering immersive, exciting, and inspiring experiences for personal growth, balance, and engagement.

You will undergo functional rotations, skills and behavioral training, coaching, and mentoring, as well as team collaboration on projects. You will enrich your knowledge and understanding by learning from others while performing key business roles and have the breadth of exposure as you collaborate with senior members of the organization.
