What to expect: INKOMPASS is PMI’s unique global internship program, which enables you to make a real impact and be part of a transformational journey to #MakeHistory. You’ll be given the opportunity to work on real business projects, build an international network, and receive personalized feedback and coaching. Depending on the project scope and expected deliverables, projects may consist of individual or group work. In any case, you can be sure all projects will be meaningful and challenging and will give you the opportunity to showcase and further develop your skills and be a contributor to the smoke-free future.
Internship Opportunities
Program duration: 6 months
What to expect:
The Impact Internship Program is an annual internship program by Philip Morris Bulgaria, designed for motivated young people seeking professional development in a corporate environment. It provides an opportunity to start a career in a dynamic, international setting and work on projects with real business impact.
The program is targeted to students in the end of their 3rd and 4th year of education or recently graduated students at the beginning of their career who wish to develop their skills and embark on a successful career in an international company.
The program lasts for 6 months, during which interns work on real projects and receive mentorship from experienced professionals.
Program duration: 6 Months
What to expect: Working within the commercial function, you'll develop a range of skills, including stakeholder management, data-based analysis, reporting, and participating in optimization and improvement projects.
Program duration: 6 - 12 months
What to expect: Your learning and development will be tailored to the function and department you join. Initially, you will focus on building an in-depth understanding of a specific department; over time, your scope will grow, and if successful, you could transition into a full-time position at the end of your studies.
Program duration: 12 months
What to expect: You’ll gain valuable insight into either the Commercial or Operations business throughout the program. After an initial induction, you will work closely with colleagues across the business, supporting key projects. You’ll have lots of opportunities to contribute ideas and develop your communication, problem-solving, and team skills.
Program duration: 6 months
What to expect: If you are a current student at university requiring work experience as part of your course, we have several exciting opportunities available. The defined timeframes and objectives will be driven by your university and curriculum. You'll receive a global induction and tailored on-the-job development based on the project you are assigned.
Apprenticeship Opportunities
Duration: 24 Months
What to expect: Irrespective of which function you join, you will participate in projects with a real impact and help us explore this new commercial territory. This is the perfect opportunity to kick-start your career.
Your work will vary according to the field of activity of the different departments (Operations Training, General Services, Human Resources, Import-Export, and Logistics).
