Join teams developing our smoke-free portfolio. Get hands-on with research and development, analyze markets and customer trends, and help shape product strategy and marketing before products reach retailers and legal-age consumers.

Corporate

Contribute to strategic areas like corporate affairs, finance, marketing, people & culture, and strategy. Support projects that drive PMI’s progress and build your professional confidence.

Commercial

Build practical experience bringing products to market as you work in the field. Work in sales and marketing, grow relationships with retailers, learn territory management, understand local market dynamics, and see how your work directly impacts business results.

Operations

Who we’re looking for

To join the program, you must have:
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, digital, economics, finance, human resources, legal, marketing, political science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • No more than 3 years of post-graduation work experience
  • Proficiency in English and the local language
  • Legal right to work in the country where your chosen program is located 
  • Willingness to relocate abroad
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Agility and adaptability in a dynamic market
  • Initiative and courage to experiment
  • Ability to understand and apply commercial insights
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Previous leadership experience and engagement advantageous

When and where you’ll join

Start date: Week of September 21, 2026
Duration: 24 months 
Locations: Brazil, Canada, Colombia, and Mexico

Step 3: Offer & onboarding

After all interviews and assessments are complete, our team will review every candidate. If selected, you’ll receive an offer from our local Philip Morris International company and begin your onboarding journey.
