designed to accelerate your leadership and broaden your perspective: 

First rotation

Begin by mastering your market. Dive into PMI’s operations, work alongside cross-functional teams to address regional opportunities, and lead projects that sharpen your decision-making and stakeholder management skills.

Second rotation

Who we’re looking for

We’re searching for accomplished, forward-thinking professionals who thrive in complexity, take ownership, and are eager to shape the future. To join the Future Leaders Program, you must have: 
  • A post-graduate degree in business, business administration, economics, or a related field (MBA preferred) 
  • At least 5 years’ of post-graduation experience in a global organization, with exposure to diverse markets and stakeholders 
  • Proficiency in English and the local language of your chosen location 
  • Legal right to work in the country where your chosen program is located
  • Willingness and ability to relocate internationally or within your home market. Global mobility is a mandatory requirement 
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to solve complex challenges 
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to apply business insights 
  • Agility, adaptability, and resilience in fast-changing environments 
  • Initiative and courage to propose bold ideas 
  • Curiosity, critical thinking, and a passion for problem-solving 
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach 
  • Teamwork skills and the ability to thrive in diverse, cross-functional environments

Start date: Week of October 19th, 2026 
Duration: 36 months  
Locations: Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Colombia, and Mexico

Step 2: Assessment

If you meet the criteria, you’ll complete an online assessment (SHL), followed by a virtual interview. If successful, you will attend an individual in-person assessment day with our business leaders.

  • Research the program, be ready to share your motivation, and choose a quiet space for the online assessment. 

Step 3: Offer and onboarding

After all interviews and assessments are complete, our team will review every candidate. If selected, you’ll receive an offer from our local Philip Morris International company and begin your onboarding journey.
