Who we’re looking for
We’re searching for accomplished, forward-thinking professionals who thrive in complexity, take ownership, and are eager to shape the future. To join the Future Leaders Program, you must have:
- A master’s degree in business, business administration, economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- At least 6 years’ of post-graduation experience in a global organization, with exposure to diverse markets and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English and the local language of your chosen location.
- Legal right to work in the country where your chosen program is located.
- Willingness and ability to relocate internationally—global mobility is a mandatory requirement.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to solve complex challenges.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to apply business insights.
- Agility, adaptability, and resilience in fast-changing environments.
- Initiative and courage to propose bold ideas.
- Curiosity, critical thinking, and a passion for problem-solving.
