INKOMPASS Field Sales
Curious about how products reach customers and what drives sales success?
Join our territory executives and commercial teams across Canada. Gain hands-on experience in sales, commercial planning and marketing. Build relationships with retailers, learn the ins and outs of territory management, and see how business decisions shape results, all while making real impact in one of the following locations:
- Toronto
- Montreal
- Quebec
- Vancouver
- Calgary

How to apply?
Step 1: Application
Tips to apply:
- Create a CV that highlights your strengths and experiences relevant to the track
- Complete all sections of your application so our recruitment team can review you profile and contact you easily.
Step 2: Interview and assessment process
- First, you´ll be invited to a digital interview on HireVue to assess your communication, team-building and problem soling skills.
- Next, you´ll move on to an online assessment (SHL) to further evaluate your analytical skills.
After you complete both the digital interview and the online assessment, your next steps will depend on the track you selected:
- INKOMPASS Head Office: You´ll be invited to a Virtual On-Ground Assessment (VOGA) where you´ll participate in team activities with RBH experts, and engage with fellow candidates. If successful, you´ll proceed to a one-on-one interview with the hiring manager for the position you have been selected for.
- For INKOMPASS Field Sales, You´ll be invited to a panel interview with field sales professionals in your chosen location(s).

You must be between your second and fourth year of study.
You must be fluent in English. For Field Sales roles in Montreal, fluency in French is also required.
For Field Sales roles, yes, you must have access to a car.
No, you may only apply for one track (Head Office or Field Sales) per application cycle.
No, previous experience is not required. We’re looking for students who are eager to learn, open-minded, and strong team players.

- Commercial: Support sales and business planning, assist in analyzing markets and customer data, and collaborate with teams that link our products to our retailers and legal-age customers to promote business growth.
- Consumer: Learn how we develop new products and connect with legal-age adult consumers, and support research that helps shape our marketing strategies.
Finance: Assist with budgeting, reporting, forecasting, and financial analysis projects, gaining practical skills in areas like audit, treasury, internal control, and commercial financial support. Information Technology (IT): Assist with innovative tech projects, help improve digital tools, roll out digital solutions, and learn how technology shapes our business goals. Marketing: Support brand campaigns, help create branded content, and experience the excitement of working with media and marketing teams on above, below, and through-the-line integrated marketing projects. People & Culture (HR): Help with HR projects across employee engagement, recruitment, learning & development, and much more—these support our efforts in strengthening our company culture.
What are the typical hours of work?
Head Office interns can work up to three days a week in the Toronto office; Field Sales interns may work up to five days a week in the field. Specific hours will be clarified during onboarding.
Yes, all INKOMPASS internships are paid.

Will I receive training or support as an intern?
Yes! All interns receive onboarding, mentorship, and ongoing support from their team and managers.
