- Are currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program and are expected to graduate in 2026 or 2027.
- Are eligible to work in Taiwan and fluent in both English and Mandarin.

- Can be physically present in Taiwan and report onsite at the designated office location throughout the internship period.

Step 2: Interview and assessment process
If you meet the criteria, you’ll begin our digital interview and assessment process:
After completing all the preliminary steps, you’ll be invited to our On-Ground Assessment Day (OGA) during the week of May 18. At OGA, you’ll work on group business cases, take part in a competency-based interview with PMI experts, and connect with fellow candidates.
Tips for the assessment:
- First, you´ll be invited to a digital interview on HireVue to assess your communication, team-building and problem soling skills.
- Next, you´ll move on to an online assessment (SHL) to further evaluate your analytical skills.
- If you successfully complete both the HireVue interview and the SHL assessment, you’ll be scheduled for a short phone interview with our HR team to learn more about your motivations and experiences.
After completing all the preliminary steps, you’ll be invited to our On-Ground Assessment Day (OGA) during the week of May 18. At OGA, you’ll work on group business cases, take part in a competency-based interview with PMI experts, and connect with fellow candidates.

Step 3: Internship Offer and Onboarding
Once interviews and assessments are complete, our team will review all candidates before making final decisions. If selected, you’ll receive an internship offer from Philip Morris International and begin your onboarding journey.
