Step 2: Interview and assessment process
If you meet the criteria, you’ll begin our digital interview and assessment process:
After completing the digital interview and online assessment, you’ll be invited to our Virtual Assessment Day (VOGA). During this session, you’ll work on group business cases, take part in a competency-based interview with PMI experts, and connect with fellow candidates.
Tips for the assessment:
- First, you´ll be invited to a digital interview on HireVue to assess your communication, team-building and problem soling skills.
- Next, you´ll move on to an online assessment (SHL) to further evaluate your analytical skills.
After completing the digital interview and online assessment, you’ll be invited to our Virtual Assessment Day (VOGA). During this session, you’ll work on group business cases, take part in a competency-based interview with PMI experts, and connect with fellow candidates.

Step 3: Internship Offer and Onboarding
Once interviews and assessments are complete, our team will review all candidates before making final decisions. If selected, you’ll receive an internship offer from Philip Morris International and begin your onboarding journey.
