Philip Morris International (PMI) is one of the world’s leading tobacco companies, with a global workforce of approximately 82,700. We are building our future on replacing cigarettes with smoke-free products that—while not risk-free—are a better alternative than cigarette smoking.

Millions of adults worldwide have already switched to our smoke-free products and given up cigarettes completely, and this is just the beginning. It's the biggest shift in our history. And it’s the right one for our consumers, our company, our shareholders, and society.
