We offer competitive salaries in Japan, and our benefits include, but are not limited to, 12-21 days leave, depending on years of service.  Max 10 days/year of paid sick or family leave. Additional leave where applicable: unpaid leave, citizen-judge leave, menstruation leave, Leave for work-related sickness & injury, leave of absence & sabbatical leave.
10 weeks of paid childcare leave for primary caregiver (in addition to 8 weeks of Maternity Leave covered by Japan Social Insurance).

PMI across the globe
PMI’s origins can be traced back to Mr. Philip Morris who had his first shop in London in 1847, and now Philip Morris International has over 80,000 colleagues across the world. We have over 1,500 colleagues from research and development, as well as engineers and technicians working on smoke-free products.  With around 150 million consumers, our products are sold in about 180 markets, with 84 markets selling smoke-free products.
