It's rewarding
We offer competitive salaries in Philippines, and our benefits include, but are not limited to, 15 or 20 days vacation leave days, depending on years of service.  Up to 15 days of paid sick leave days and up to 3 days of paid emergency leave.

For those with families, we offer paid parental leave which includes maternity & paternity leave. Primary caregivers get 18 paid weeks, secondary Caregiver 8 paid weeks, solo parent leave 10 paid days/year, on top of all government-mandated leaves.  

We also offer healthcare coverage, medicine allowance, and life insurance.
Perks to help you manage your work life balance
We offer flexible work arrangements - our new way of hybrid working allowing employees to strike a balance between working onsite and working remotely. It applies to standard or direct temporary hires whose role is assessed as hybrid eligible. Employees work in the office either 3 or 4 days per week (depends on role).

Additional features of flexible working arrangements include transitioning approach for new mothers, new mothers will be allowed to have only one onsite day per week for one month from the time of completion of the maternity leave. Also available are annual remote days.

We also offer maternity & paternity assistance and emergency loan which is interest-free or medical loan equivalent to an employee’s 2x MBS.

PMI’s origins can be traced back to Mr. Philip Morris who had his first shop in London in 1847, and now Philip Morris International has over 80,000 colleagues across the world. We have over 1,500 colleagues from research and development, as well as engineers and technicians working on smoke-free products. With around 150 million consumers, our products are sold in about 180 markets, with 84 markets selling smoke-free products.
