We offer competitive salaries in Pakistan, and our benefits include, but are not limited to, 25 days of paid annual leave and up to 12 sick leave days/year. Additional leave options, where applicable, include volunteering leave, exam leave, Hajj leave, and sabbatical leave. We also offer 18 weeks of primary care-giver leave, 8 weeks of secondary care-giver leave and for females, up to 1 year of unpaid childcare leave. Furthermore, we offer life insurance, pay continuity and medical cover as well. For retiral benefits, we provide gratuity and a Provident Fund, which allows employees to contribute 10% of basic salary and cost of living allowance (COLA) to the Provident Fund monthly, with PMPKL matching this contribution.

We offer flexible working hours subject to location, and remote working for Head Office employees up to 3 days/week, subject to alignment with supervisor. Additionally, we provide transportation support for eligible locations and employees. Our programs also include a daycare reimbursement program for working mothers and domestic relocation support, which features a one-time relocation allowance and other applicable allowances/support.

Opportunities in Field Sales, Finance & Manufacturing
We have roles in our field sales, finance and manufacturing teams and we need talented people in these roles to help us #MakeHistory. Sales roles are field-based and located across Pakistan, whereas finance roles are primarily based at our PMPKL Head Office in Karachi with some roles also based at our plant sites in Mardan and Sahiwal.

PMI’s origins can be traced back to Mr. Philip Morris who had his first shop in London in 1847, and now Philip Morris International has over 80,000 colleagues across the world. We have over 1,500 colleagues from research and development, as well as engineers and technicians working on smoke-free products.  With around 150 million consumers, our products are sold in about 180 markets, with 84 markets selling smoke-free products.
