Recruitment process

Our recruitment process will be handled carefully by our Talent Acquisition team. We follow three key steps:

Step 1: Application submission

Step 2: Interviews and a assessment

Assessment depends on the position you apply for. You might go through various steps, such as resume screening, written tests, interviews, focus group discussions, and business case presentations.

Tips for assessment:
  • Research the role and make sure you are prepared.
  • For online assessments and interviews, make sure you are in a quiet space free from distractions so you can focus.
  • Your recruiter is there to help— if you need support or advice, reach out!

Step 3: Offer and onboarding

Once the interviews and assessments are complete, our team will take the time to review all candidates before the final decision is made. Once the successful candidate has been accepted, the onboarding process begins, and so does the opportunity to shape the future.
