Be a Territory Activation Executive
As the face of PMI in your territory, you’ll build strong relationships with retailers and wholesalers, helping them grow their business through our product portfolio. You’ll use your market insights to create smart sales strategies, drive awareness, and boost performance.
This is a sales role with purpose. You’ll coach and inspire partners to support our vision for a smoke-free future—turning ambition into action. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, using creativity, data, and emotional intelligence to make a real impact.
You’ll need a valid UK driving licence and be based within an hour of your territory—or be open to relocating.

As an Area Activation Manager, you’ll be out in the field leading a team of Territory Activation Executives to drive growth and bring our smoke-free vision to life. You’ll manage people, plan activities, and engage directly with General Trade customers to acquire new users and build brand awareness.
You can create tailored sales strategies, analyse trends, and respond to the fast-paced demands of your territory. With a strong commercial mindset and a passion for people, you’ll coach your team to exceed targets and develop their entrepreneurial approach. With experience leading sales teams, you'll know how to turn relationships into results. You’re confident, curious, and thrive on solving problems.
