Who it’s for:
Early-career professionals (6+ years post-grad experience, master’s degree required) ready to accelerate and shape their leadership journey.

Step 1: Application

Review the program details and select the opportunity that best fits you. Click “Learn more & apply” above to complete your application form.

  • Highlight your skills and achievements in your CV and fill out every section of the application so our team can get to know you.

Step 2: Assessment

If you meet the criteria, you’ll complete a digital interview (HireVue), an online assessment (SHL), and, if selected, attend an in-person assessment day with group business cases and interviews.

  • Research the program, be ready to share your motivation, and choose a quiet space for digital assessments.

Step 3: Offer & Onboarding

After all interviews and assessments are complete, our team will review every candidate. If selected, you’ll receive an offer from Philip Morris International and begin your onboarding journey.
