The Application Process

Joining an Early Careers Program at PMI is an opportunity to kick-start your journey toward a rewarding and impactful career.

Our application process is designed to help us get to know you better and ensure that you find the best fit within our team. Here’s how it works:

Explore opportunities 
 Browse through our programs, including internships, apprenticeships and graduate schemes

​​​​​​​Choose your path 
 Select the program that aligns with your aspirations, skills, and career goals. Each program offers a unique learning experience tailored to your growth.

Online Application 
 Complete your application by uploading your CV and personal profile. This is where we will get our first insights into who you are, so make it count!

​​​​​​​Assessment 
 You will undergo an online cognitive or behavioral assessment and depending on the program also complete a video interview to gauge your compatibility with the role.

Interviews
 If shortlisted you will have the opportunity to participate in interviews with our team. This could be a one-to-one interview, or as part of a group in an assessment center. This is a chance for us to learn more about you and for you to understand our culture and expectations.

Offer
 Congratulations! If you’re selected, you’ll receive an offer to join us. We’ll provide you with details of your role, responsibilities and the exciting journey ahead.
